Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, email us at support@emiratesouq.shop. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item first. Once approved, place a new order.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
